  • Review from May 2022 I went there to experience Chai. Indeed it was excellent. Also had smoked chicken though I felt it was more burned than expected. The atmosphere was nice. Overall experience was good.

  • I was visiting Canada for first time from US and heard so much about Good Desi Food in Canada. Naan n Chai was recommended to me by a friend and I wanted to have a good chai and Naan, so this was best place to come in. At first i was very impressed by the restaurant itself, very neat n clean, the person who took us to our table was either manager or owner (good to see that he was able to step up when server was not available). After that server came to take our order, the food came in reasonable time. Behari Naan were amazing and very authentic in taste. My son got Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and it was good too. Daughter went with Beef Burger which turned out to be good as well. Seems like the chef had good expertise in desi and continental food both. Chai was norma. But winner for me amonng all was Bihari and the Chutney (tamarind n mint). Those two were 100% authentic. I am a very strict reviewer and don’t give 9 / 10 easily but they managed to get that from me. This is a place I would definitely come back if i visit Canada again. Suggestion for owner: Keep up the good work, I honestly don’t have anything to suggest. You are already doing good. Suggestion for Customers: Don’t forget to order Chutney (taramind n mint) with naan, that extra $1 is totally worth it. Also order Chai after food or let your server know to serve after food. Flavor - Star - 9 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - Star - 9 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 8.5 / 10 Service - Star - 8.5 / 10 Value for Money - Star - 9 / 10 Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

  • First time went there with friends. Super fresh food. V friendly and efficient staff. Ambience was v good! I wd highly recommend to enjoy the food and ambience both with family or friends. Philly cheese steak naan was better than Kansas BBQ chkn cos it tasted more like malai boti in bbq sauce but it was tasty too! Karak chai was too good! It refreshed us! Bit pricey but ok to go once in a while!

  • Great staff and amazing restaurant. The food is full of flavour and absolutely delicious. Definitely outdid themselves with our meals. We had a great time and really enjoyed the food. Washrooms are very clean and pretty too. They have an outside patio as well but we didn’t get a chance to sit outside. Will definitely be going back!

  • This was our second time going to Naan albeit at a different location. The service here is top notch. We were greeted warmly from the start and the staff checked on us continuously throughly to make sure we were having a great experience. This was the same service we got at the first location we went to and it deserves a mention that they train their staff well. Outside of the service the food was amazing! The potato filling in the Bolane was perfectly seasoned and had a slight kick to it which we all really enjoyed. We got the Qabli Lamb Shank to share which is a large seasoned lamb shank that sits in a bed of qabli rice. This is our second time ordering this dish and the lamb was cooked perfectly where it was falling off the bone and really juicy. While we loved them lamb we appreciated the qabli rice just as much. If you know you know! We finished our meal with the Beef Lover Platter which had an assortment of different beef options. It’s a really good choice if you’re looking for variety. We are a huge fan of this chain and if you haven’t gone before I really encourage you to try it out!
